Action Centre

Living Life Without Limits

For over twenty years, Action Centre has served as a community day program for adults with physical disabilities. Located in Lasalle, Quebec, we welcome members from all over Montreal to participate in our bilingual programming where learning and socializing  take place in a welcoming community setting.

Our mission

The mission of the Action Centre is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for adults with physical disabilities so that they have access to and may participate in a variety of educational, social, cultural, and recreational programming in a community setting. It is also to raise general awareness about the needs and rights of adults with physical disabilities and the Action Centre’s philosophy of living life without limits.
